A Spacious and Versatile Yurt
An 18 foot yurt gives you around 24 square metres of floor space. There is enough room for a proper sleeping area, furniture, seating and storage without the interior feeling crowded.
It works particularly well for guest accommodation, retreats, studios, therapy spaces and anyone wanting a yurt with enough room to live in comfortably.
Like all our yurts, it is made with a natural chestnut frame, a handcrafted solid oak crown and tailored covers. It can be made as a canvas yurt or fully insulated, with doors, windows and Glass Wall sections added if you want them.

18 Foot Yurt Price
An 18 foot canvas yurt starts from £6,450 / €7,160.
This is the base price for a complete canvas yurt. Wool insulation and lining, wooden doors and windows, Glass Wall sections and other options can be added depending on how you want to use it.

Size and Space
The 18 foot yurt is approximately 548 cm in diameter and has around 24 square metres of floor space.
The wall height is approximately 155 cm and the overall height around 290 cm. In simple use it can sleep up to six people or seat around twenty-two.
The diagrams above give a better idea of the amount of space and one possible way of arranging the interior.
Canvas or Insulated
The canvas version has the natural chestnut frame, solid oak crown and canvas covers, without wool insulation.
The insulated version adds 100% natural wool felt insulation, a fire-retardant inner liner and an additional roof cover. If the yurt is going to stay up and be used throughout the year, this is normally the version I would recommend.
At 18 feet there is also plenty of scope for wooden doors, windows and Glass Wall sections , particularly if you want more light or a stronger connection with the view outside.

Ordering
Ordering usually starts with a conversation. You can tell me what you are thinking about, where the yurt will be and how you expect to use it. We can then work through the size and options together.
Once we have got a clear idea of what you need, I will prepare a detailed estimate showing exactly what is included.
A 50% deposit confirms the order and puts your yurt into our workshop schedule. The remaining balance is due one week before dispatch.
Delivery is quoted separately, and I will confirm our current build time when I prepare the estimate.
