A WORD ON WOOD
We often receive compliments on the appearance of our yurts, and one key feature that sets us apart is the wood we use for the latticework. Unlike the plain white lattice seen in most yurts, we choose oiled natural chestnut. This authentic material has a beautifully mottled brown and beige surface, adding a rich warmth and unique character to the interior of our yurts.
Additionally, our doors, windows, and glass walls are crafted from ash (unless you choose pine). We believe ash is the best hardwood for these elements. It's a unique and resilient wood, well-suited to withstand various climates and conditions.
The crowns we handcraft are truly exceptional. Made from 24 pieces of oak, each one is meticulously shaped into an object of both beauty and purpose.
