The Yurt Workshop is working in conjunction with responsible training organisations to develop both the facilities and organisation to offer events, courses and seminars loosely based around ecological and sustainable living practices.
These may include, yurt making courses, straw bale hosue building, cob house building, DIY, veg oil conversion, wind and solar energy, solar hot water, community living, wood work, self-sufficiency and small holding, bio-diesel, bio-gas, rammed earth building, permaculture, herbal medicine, chicken keeping, bee keeping, natural building & preserving food.
