14 foot Canvas Ger
Kathy D bought her canvas covered yurt in 2005 and since then she has had it pitched at her finca in Barcelona, Spain. Kathy wanted a space for her to live in when she needed to get away from the city. Originally, after receiving her yurt she wrote back to us saying:
".thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you - The yurt looks amazing and is beautifully made, "maker of fine yurts" is certainly an appropriate title. It is beautiful and warm, even in sub zero temperatures. "
We caught up with Kathy in the summer of 2008, three years after she had bought her yurt, to see how she and her yurt was getting on. She had added a wooden floor and the yurt was looking fantastic, even after three years of full time use and out there in blazing sun, rain, wind and snow.
She wrote to me saying:
".I'm really happy with my yurt, it truly is a beautiful structure and admired by all who see it. Before, during and after buying my Yurt, Rob has been a constant source of advice, answering my many questions and solving my many problems!"
Years later we are still in contact and he's helped me maintain and preserve my yurt.
